In this self-paced online course, participants will examine the Foundational Essential Action, Essential Action 2.1 (EA 2.1) of the Effective Schools Framework (ESF). This session will develop participant’s understanding of EA 2.1 - Recruit, select, assign, induct, and retain a full staff of highly qualified educators, and provide time to evaluate current implementation of key practices for this essential action as well as plan future actions to improve implementation and outcomes.
