First Year New Principal Support Cohort -





This series is designed as a cohort of new principals to receive relevant, timely support in their new positions. Four lunch and learn sessions will be offered throughout the year to support first year campus principals and assist them in the transition into their new role. Scheduled hot topics explored during each half day sessions will include staff management, campus budgeting, evaluations, and accountability. Additionally, a problem-solving protocol will also be used in this round table series to support participants in trending hot topics. Lunch will be provided, and a resource book will be provided.
