Instructional Coaching: Planning and Conducting Effective Professional Development to Improve Instructional Capacity

Coaches will be presented with tools and step-by-step guidance on how to facilitate effective, meaningful, and timely professional development as part of the Instructional Coaches Series. This session will address: presentation strategies, using data to plan PD, PLCs, and other ways to build teacher capacity. Coaches will leave with tools for direct application and strategies for immediate implementation.
