GED Test registration for the ORIENTATION only: ALL required paperwork must be brought to the orientation, IDs approved, and payment made. If you are: 16 years old you must have a court order, with the case number on it, and signed by a judge; 17 years old you must have parent permission and school withdrawal papers if you have attended school in the last 12 months.If you are married and are using that for permission you must present your marriage license; 18 years or over you must have a valid picture ID. Regardless of age, all testers MUST have a valid picture ID. Orientation is mandatory for ALL first time testers-NO EXCEPTIONS! The GED Test is $100, if it is your first attempt.Retakes are $25 for each subject that is needed.There is a $25 fee if a tester fails to attend the scheduled test date.While attending orientation you will be asked to commit to a test date, so please have your test date chosen. It is MANDATORY to attend orientation prior to your chosen test date.Testers who have tested before can register for their test/retests as well.Along with the required paperwork and documentation,all payments must be paid in full before or at your orientation.Payment can be made by credit card, money order, or cashier’s check-NO personal checks accepted.
