Classroom & Lab Dates: Jul 10,11,12,15,16,17,18,19,22,23,24 & 25
Time: 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Location: Caldwell High School
Parents will take the students to the DPS office in Caldwell, College Station, or Brenham to be photographed, fingerprinted, and tested. Parents will also pickup the Driver Permit at the DPS office at a cost of $16.00.
Upon successful completion of this class students will receive a “Certificate of Completion” (DE964E form) for driver’s license and insurance purposes.
Students will need the following items on the first day of Class:
- Verification of Attendance (VOE form). Students can pick this form up from their grade level offices at school.
- Birth Certificate – Certified (with state seal)
- Social Security Card – Original
- If not a US citizen, you must bring a valid Passport/Visa or Resident Alien Card
- A copy of Birth Certificate and Social Security Card
