Time: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM or 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (if needed) (M-Th)
***STUDENTS WILL GO TO DPS OFFICE FOR PERMIT TEST***
Students will attend class and lab on the following dates:
Class and Lab Dates: July 31; August 1,2,3,6,7,8 & 9
Time: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM or 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM (if needed)
FEE: $375.00

ON-LINE REGISTRATION
When registering on-line, you must pay the full amount of $375.00 with Credit Card.
Students will need the following items to take the permit test:
Verification of Attendance (VOE form). Students can pick this form up from their grade level offices at school.
Birth Certificate – Certified (with state seal)
Social Security Card – Original
If not a US citizen, you must bring a valid Passport/Visa or Resident Alien Card
A copy of Birth Certificate and Social Security Card
