Classroom dates: Jun 10,11,12,13,14,17,18,19,20,24,25,26,27;July 1,2 & 3
Time: 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
***STUDENTS WILL GO TO DPS OFFICE FOR PERMIT TEST***
Students will attend lab phase on the following dates:
SESSION DATES: July 31; August 1,2,3,6,7,8 & 9
Location: Coldspring – Oakhurst High School
Fee: $375.00
On-line Registration:
When registering on-line, you must pay the full amount of $375.00 with a Credit Card.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION:
If you want to register at the school, please see Ms. Ellisor in the High School office. You can pay with cash, check or Money Order. Please make checks payable to ESC, Region 6.
Students will need the following items on the first day of Class:
- Verification of Attendance (VOE form). Students can pick this form up from their grade level offices at school.
- Birth Certificate – Certified (with state seal)
- Social Security Card – Original
- If not a US citizen, you must bring a valid Passport/Visa or Resident Alien Card
- A copy of Birth Certificate and Social Security Card
