Indicator 7 of the State Performance Plan requires districts
to collect data on outcomes for young children with disabilities. Gain an
understanding of requirements and implications regarding early childhood
outcomes. Become familiar with the Child Outcome Summary Form (COSF) and State
Performance Plan (SPP) Indicator 7. Learn about the process of collecting valid
and reliable data, as well as how to complete the COSF accurately. Participants
should be those who work with three, four, or five- year -old students who are
receiving special education services.
