Superintendents, Principals: Leading, Learning and Modeling in a PLC with Bob Eaker and Janel Keating (11/20/09)
What is the job of the Principal in a Professional Learning Community and how does the district office enhance their effectiveness? This is topic of the interactive keynote presented by Janel Keating and Bob Eaker. The keynote will include clips from the White River Principal meetings and Principal data meetings. Participants will have opportunities to identify challenges and ask questions. Adam Uhler, Principal of Mountain Meadow Elementary and Mike Hagadone, Principal of White River High School will also address; how can LEARNING come to the top of the Principal’s pile and respond to questions that participants bring.
