The Washington Healthy Communities Resource Center (WHCRC) provides training and technical assistance to Washington State Department of Health Office of Community Wellness and Prevention (CWP) program staff, contractors and other key stakeholders. WHCRC is operated by the Educational Service District (ESD) 112 in partnership with the network of nine ESDs in Washington State.
