This course is intended for school personnel involved with the Medicaid claiming process for school-based therapy and other school-based services. Participants will learn about billing options to maximize reimbursement for the school, as well as processes, documentation, and reconciliation requirements for Medicaid compliant programming. Additional areas discussed include the application/renewal process, billing in-house versus using an outside vendor, documentation required for billing. Participants will have an opportunity to discuss current billing obstacles.
