The first part of this training explains the four essential components of physical
education, what separates physical education from physical activity, the need for
quality physical education, and instructional resources. The second part of the
training will cover strategies and tips for kinesthetic instruction, movement
strategies for transitions in the classroom, utilization of “brain boosters” to refresh
student engagement, and recess.
