School teams will be provided a resource rich student success planning tool for grades 7-12 that incorporates G.U.I.D.E. for Life personal competencies, ACT preparation, and college and career planning activities. At the end of this session, teams will have developed or expanded their own student success implementation plan that maps out activities and associated resources for each grade. All district staff involved in the coordination of the Student Success Planning process are encouraged to attend.
