Given the introductory overview of the PLC at Work Process addressed on 4/28/21, we will put the meat on the bones in these sessions as we look closely at the knowledge, skills, dispositions and behaviors that are necessarily and consistently present within high performing PLC at Work Schools around the world. We will dig deeper into doing the right work of a focused and successful PLC, providing you with a PLC road map to guide the development and execution of your PLC integration plan.
Learning objectives for these 2 sessions include: Building the Solid Foundation of a PLC at Work; Building the Collaborative Culture (a "springboard" for growth toward Level 1 certification within the HRS Framework in Arkansas); Developing a Results Orientation (a "springboard" for growth toward Level 2 and Level 3 certification within the HRS Framework in Arkansas); Developing Your University's PLC Integration Plan.
