national History Day (NHD) Arkansas will have a teacher workshop on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Teachers will learn how to use the National History Day program to develop project-based learning strategies and student learning projects for their classroom.
Participants will see examples of NHD student projects and learn how to help their student develop their own research projects. They will receive instructional materials and guidelines for the NHD competition program and information about opportunities for program support through the UAM History Department.
