No one person has the energy, expertise and influence to lead a complex change process. Creating a Guiding Coalition is a vital component in the work of developing and sustaining high-performing Professional Learning Communities. Guiding Coalitions are made up of a small cadre of staff members, selected on the basis of their influence with their peers. Steve Pearce with Solution Tree, will take us through the characteristics of assembling such a coalition and the work of this vital group to sustain major change.
