2022 - ADE - S.M.A.R.T. Goals with Jana Wilson
Educators in a professional learning community need to assess their effectiveness in helping all students learn and use that evidence to improve their practice and respond to students’ needs. A way to focus on results is to have each collaborative team establish SMART goals that align to the school goal. At the end of this session, you will be able to articulate why educators should focus on collaboratively working toward SMART goals and understand how to create a results orientation in a PLC using SMART goals.
