Monthly meetings are designed for coordinators to receive information and training from the DESE Regional Specialist, share questions and concerns, and network with neighboring district coordinators. The morning session will be new information/networking for the whole group with the afternoon being more targeted to small groups, novice coordinators, low incidence districts, and guided work time for the ESOL Coordinator and members of your ESOL Team.
These selected times are to allow for morning and afternoon duty if needed. Please feel free to bring your ESOL specialists, teachers and paraprofessionals, and bring your winter and spring to examine.
The session will be held:
Arkansas Public School Resource Center (APSRC), 1401 W. Capitol Ave. #315, Little Rock.
We have the big room and you are encouraged to bring your EL/ESOL team for 23/24 planning.
