2024-DESE-How do you Engage and Excite Students in Science? Getting Students Involved in Asking Questions and Seeking Answers to their Curiosities!



Audience: Teachers, Instructional Support Specialists and Administrators

This workshop introduces K-12 teachers to the role of phenomena in science instruction.  Phenomena can be used to spark engagement and support the development of student-driven questions.  Participants will use the fundamental content to connect Science and Engineering Practices and Cross-Cutting Concepts to engage students in Scientific discovery fully.

This training will be held at UALR STEM Center.
