Participants will explore how self-advocacy, inclusive practices, executive functioning skills, and family engagement intersect with individualized planning to support successful transitions to future education, employment, and independent living. By aligning strategies with standards, this session provides tools to empower students within inclusive environments to develop skills that support improved outcomes.
