2025-2026-DESE-STEAM Junk^2 Aligning STEM Curriculum to AR Standards
Join the DESE STEM Team to engage in JUNK^2 (Just Using Nothings and Knick Knacks) Science and Engineering experiences. Learn how to use everyday materials to deepen your students' understanding in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics standards. AR STEM Practices and student discourse strategies will be highlighted. Ideal for preK-12 STEM, art and science teachers, library media specialists, STEM lab and makerspace teachers. Help children realize their passions, interests, and aptitudes in science as meaningful and useful in their lives.
