SCSC - Transition Toolkit Training

This workshop will review the required components of transition in conjunction with the NEW PILOT FORMS. The first part of the presentation focuses on meeting compliance with Indicator 13 and Arkansas regulations. The second part of the workshop will focus more on assessments, tools, and resources, and how to use assessment results to develop a meaningful transition plan. Participants will actively learn and walk away with valuable resources. TESS components addressed for this workshop include: 1D, 1F and 3D.

Important Session Information:

For member districts of the SCSC Professional Development Consortium the fee has been waived. All other participants including nurses and paraprofessionals will pay the listed fee. All professional development (PD) sessions require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number is not met; the PD session will be canceled two weeks prior to the event. Registrants for the session will be notified by email (the address tied to escWorks). In the event that an individual cannot attend the session for which he/she registered, it is the individual’s responsibility to cancel using his/her escWorks shoebox. Cancellations may take place up to the day before the session(s). All "no-shows" will be invoiced the full price of the session(s) not attended. No credit will be awarded until the fee is paid.
