SCSC - ICEV Multimedia Workshop

Learn how to incorporate multimedia and technology in the classroom. Students today are living in a technological world and most are visual or hands-on-learners. Discover how to create a stimulating educational experience with state-approved multimedia lessons that will reach today's learners. This training will focus on the exploration of the online, cloud-based curriculum for Career and Technical Education teachers. Teachers who attend this training are eligible for a free semester of ICEV for the spring. Resources are available for Agriculture, Business, Career Exploration and Family & Consumer Science. TESS components addressed for this workshop include: 1D, 3C, and 3D.

Important Session Information:

For member districts of the SCSC Professional Development Consortium the fee has been waived. All other participants including nurses and paraprofessionals will pay the listed fee. All professional development (PD) sessions require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number is not met; the PD session will be canceled two weeks prior to the event. Registrants for the session will be notified by email (the address tied to escWorks). In the event that an individual cannot attend the session for which he/she registered, it is the individual’s responsibility to cancel using his/her escWorks shoebox. Cancellations may take place up to the day before the session(s). All "no-shows" will be invoiced the full price of the session(s) not attended. No credit will be awarded until the fee is paid.
