OUR Department of Arkansas Heritage: Resources for Teaching Arkansas History to Primary Students
This workshop will introduce physical and digital resources that align with Arkansas History frameworks for K-5 students. Topics will include geography, Native Americans, natural resources, state symbols, famous Arkansans, and state history. All attendees will leave with physical resources that can be used in your classroom. This session most closely relations to the following TESS Components: 1a, 1d, and 1e.
