SCSC-Introduction to Microsoft Excel for Beginners



Anybody can use Excel in their job. This workshop isn't just for the business minded. This workshop will be an Introduction to Microsoft Excel for Beginners. We will create and edit basic worksheets and workbooks, gaining the basic skills necessary to edit, format, and perform calculations within Microsoft Excel. As we work through the worksheets and workbooks, we will work with conditional formatting, charts/graphs, and sorting/filtering data. Come learn how to use Microsoft Excel to your advantage! TESS components addressed for this workshop include: 1D, 4B.

Important Session Information:


For member districts of the SCSC Professional Development Consortium the fee has been waived. All other participants including nurses and paraprofessionals will pay the listed fee. All professional development (PD) sessions require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number is not met; the PD session will be canceled two weeks prior to the event. Registrants for the session will be notified by email (the address tied to escWorks). In the event that an individual cannot attend the session for which he/she registered, it is the individual’s responsibility to cancel using his/her escWorks shoebox. Cancellations may take place up to the day before the session(s). All "no-shows" will be invoiced the full price of the session(s) not attended. No credit will be awarded until the fee is paid.
