GFESC Novice Teacher Training, Teacher Clarity, Grades 5-12
This pd is for novice teachers in grades 5-12 only. This day will begin with EdCamp to allow facilitators to assess, address, and support the needs of the novice teachers. The focus will be on John Hattie's work as well as listening to understand students (formative assessment) along with instructional strategies to address the needs of the learner. The session will end with an administrative panel discussion.
