OUR Kata in the Classroom
The Improvement Kata is a four-step scientific striving pattern practiced in many business organizations. Kata in the Classroom (KiC) brings the Improvement Kata to schools through a 50-minute hands-on activity that involves student teams working on a number of self-generated iterations to complete a small puzzle. The session is for Career Orientation/Career Development teachers and/or other teachers interested in implementing KiC.
