OUR Kata in the Classroom



The Improvement Kata is a four-step scientific striving pattern practiced in many business organizations. Kata in the Classroom (KiC) brings the Improvement Kata to schools through a 50-minute hands-on activity that involves student teams working on a number of self-generated iterations to complete a small puzzle.  The session is for Career Orientation/Career Development teachers and/or other teachers interested in implementing KiC. TESS Components or LEADS Functions as related to the goals of this session: 3b, 3c and 3d
