SE Instructional Facilitator Training: Student Centered Coaching: The Moves
Student-centered coaching is a highly-effective, evidence based coaching model that shifts the focus from "fixing" teachers to collaborating with them to design instruction that targets student outcomes. Join us for training with Karen Taylor, instructor with Diane Sweeney Consulting, as we learn about how coaching strategies can improve student learning. Participants will leave with an idea of how to implement the core practices for student centered coaching, such as setting goals, using student-friendly learning targets, and using student evidence to drive the coaching cycle.
