Principals and Assistant Principals are invited to attend a 2.5 hour professional development opportunity with Rocci Malone discussing the TESS framework/calibration, use of EdReflect to support teacher instructional development, and how to have a reflective planning conversation with teachers after observations.
In addition, there will be time for individual questions and support as needed following the presentation.
