After teaching thousands of students in my 44 years as an educator, I have come to the conclusion that those who were behavioral challenges, did not want to be a behavior challenge. Why were they? This workshop will explore the unmet needs behind the behavior, and how we as educators can more effectively respond to these challenges in a more understanding, caring, and compassionate manner stimulating positive behavioral change.
