SCSC - Grasping Phenomenal Science GPS for Beginners (K-12)

If you have never attended Grasping Phenomenal Science (GPS) PD, you are new to teaching science, you are just now finding out that we have new science standards and/or you need to learn how to read the Arkansas K-12 Science Standards then this is the professional development made just for you! Come and experience a shift in instruction engaging in a phenomenon based investigation. TESS components addressed for this workshop include: 1A, 1C, 1D, 1E, 3A, 3E, 4A, 4E.

Important Session Information:

For member districts of the SCSC Professional Development Consortium the fee has been waived. All other participants including nurses and paraprofessionals will pay the listed fee. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (the address tied to escWorks). In the event that an individual cannot attend the session for which he/she registered, it is the individual’s responsibility to cancel using his/her escWorks shoebox. Cancellations may take place up to the day before the session(s). All "no-shows" will be invoiced the full price.
