AFESC--Advanced Java Programming



This 3-day workshop is for those who hold the 528 Computer Science Teacher Certification and have a fundamental understanding of computer programming.  Participants will be introduced to the syntax of the Java language and libraries relevant to the Arkansas CS standards, including string manipulation, file input/output, and object-oriented programming.  Successful completion of all three days of this training qualifies a teacher for the Advanced Training Stipends announced at https://goo.gl/mLu4dX

Participants should bring a laptop computer and the credentials needed to install software.

Please do not bring children to the sessions.
