The morning session will be a presentation from Dr. Mike Hernandez and the ADE leadership team and the school improvement team. Districts should bring their district and building level leadership teams. School will also need to bring their ESSA school index reports. In the afternoon session the school improvement team will meet with formerly identified focus/priority schools – Camden Fairview High School, Camden Fairview Middle School, El Dorado High School, Washington Middle School, Fordyce High School, Hampton High School, Sparkman High School, East Side Elementary, Magnolia High School, Magnolia Middle School, Gardner-Strong Elementary, and Strong High School. We will be reviewing their transition plans as well as discussing their school level plans.
