NWAESC(2095)---Knowledge of Classroom Culture
"Whether we plan it or not, culture will happen. Why not create the culture we want?" Carmine Gallo - The Storyteller’s Secret Together we will analyze the behind the scene steps of teachers who have created a culture of learning that resulted in vibrant, student led classrooms. We will construct a plan for how you can establish a classroom culture in which students learn to communicate, work collaboratively, and have empathy for others. We will focus on Domains 2 & 3 from the AR TESS Framework for Teaching rubric looking closely at what it takes to be a distinguished teacher.
