This workshop will help you gain knowledge on how to recognize students of poverty and ways to address their needs and involvement in education. Participants will also gain knowledge on current research of families in poverty and how to engage students in learning to improve their overall performance in school, from grades to behavior. Be prepared to move around and be engaged.
