NAESC ADE Depth of Knowledge Training
JJ Walker and Sherri Thorne from the Arkansas Department of Education's Learning Services Division will share Depth of Knowledge (DOK) questioning techniques. They will explain how increasing the DOK level makes activities more complex instead of just more difficult. They will also share the differences between Bloom's Taxonomy and Webb's DOK levels. ACT Aspire DOK levels will be discussed, and planning formative assessments on various DOK levels will also be covered.
