GFESC - SPANISH MOVE AND GROOVE



Participants will learn how to engage students using hands on activities that target movement and active listening. Participants will experience games and movement to address the learning styles of students in their rooms which can sometimes be interpreted as disengaged and a "problem-child".  Using songs, dance, and games to acquire basic levels of a foreign language will give participants a set of interactive material to expose students who need the movement and tactile instruction. While many schools are equipped with technology, others are not a one-to-one school and students will need exposure to the language through multiple modes of instruction.  Participants will leave with a set of resources to use in their classroom.
