Using Formative Assessment to Inform Instruction
Join me as we explore a variety of strategies to assess student readiness in order to make decisions about current and future instruction. Explore how you can use the same tools to engage your students in learning and assess their learning at the same time. Discover engaging apps and online tools to help students reflect on learning, develop communication skills and show their learning. Participate in hands-on activities, collaborate with others, and create a formative assessment plan for your classroom. Participants will also be able to share apps and online activities that they have found successful in their classroom.
Important Session Information:
A $50 FEE WILL BE DUE ON THE DAY OF THE WORKSHOP IF NOT PARTICIPATING IN THE DMESC PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSORTIUM.
