GPS for Grades K-4: Navigating from Standards to Instruction



Come experience the vision for K-4 science!  *NEW LESSON EXPERIENCES & PHENOMENA*

During this two-day opportunity, educators will explore the Arkansas K-4 science standards by engaging in grade-specific investigations.  Student-focused learning through the integration of science, math and literacy skills will be highlighted. This PD is revised every year and is a progression of learning based on the year of implementation for the targeted grade band.  Shifting instruction to meet the needs of today's' learner as well as support for success on the ACT Aspire and ACT Test.


Two follow-up PD days will be offered along with opportunities for classroom-level support.

PARTICIPANTS SHOULD BRING A DEVICE.
