This 3-day academy, held Sept 19, Dec 3, and Feb 19 is for Novice Teachers in their 2nd year of teaching. It is for 2nd Year Novices teaching grades Prek-6. Solution Tree will be facilitating each day of the 3-day academy. Participants will implement learning topics after each session and share successes and challenges in-between sessions in the Year 2 Team Connection room. On day 1 of the academy, Year 2 Novice Teachers will be trained in the use of the Team Connection room and how to do monthly reflections. The only requirement for Year 2 Novices prior to the September training date is to complete the "Information Needed" form which can be accessed from the district project director, from the Arch Ford Novice Teacher Site, or by emailing marilyn.johnson@archford.org
