SCSC- K - 2 R.I.S.E. Training- Day 5

K-2 R.I.S.E. Academy is a year-long blended learning professional development. The training will provide educators with an in depth knowledge related to the science of reading, evidence-based instructional strategies, and making data-based decisions for ALL students. Participants will attend 6 days of face-to-face training (Summer – 4 days , and 2 days during the year). Participants will also be expected to participate in a blended learning community throughout the year with coaching and collaboration. PLEASE NOTE: Participants may choose to attend this one-day event either October 1 or October 2, 2018. The event will held this event will be held in the Magnolia Room (205) of the SAU Campus, Magnolia, AR. TESS components addressed for this workshop include:

For member districts of the SCSC Professional Development Consortium the fee has been waived. All other participants including nurses and paraprofessionals will pay the listed fee. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (the address tied to escWorks). In the event that an individual cannot attend the session for which he/she registered, it is the individual’s responsibility to cancel using his/her escWorks shoebox. Cancellations may take place up to the day before the session(s). All "no-shows" will be invoiced the full price.
