Do you want to know about Arkansas' movement toward a STEMolution? Chief State STEM Officer, Anthony Owen, along with state leaders of math and science, will introduce the new Arkansas state initiative related to STEM education. Mr. Owen will address district leaders and classroom educators concerning the importance of integrating science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Mr. Owen, and the team from ADE, will by sharing this vision in the morning session (8:30-11:30). Following the morning session, lunch will be provided at ARESC. The afternoon session (12:30-3:30) will be designed to equip classroom teachers and instructional facilitators with tools for implementing STEM elements into everyday lessons.
