This professional development is designed to provide Southeast Arkansas Career-Area Teachers and Counselors an opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and organize into working groups. Classroom ideas, lesson plans, student organizations, assessment, and technology will be discussed. Instructors and counselors will learn more about programs of study and what it takes to be a CTE completer, the career planning process, CRC certificates, and using KUDER in the classroom. Participants should be career-area teachers or secondary counselors from the Southeast Arkansas Career and Technical Education Consortium Area and should bring information to share. For example, sample lesson plans, technology, frameworks, and sample career plans will be discussed in this workshop.
