The purpose of this session is to provide assistance to novice teachers in their first year by providing instruction and support in creating classroom management and discipline systems that are effective, understanding TESS Domains 2 & 3 and what they look like in a classroom, how to create a Professional Growth Plan, and how to use resources available such as EdReflect and Bloomboard.
