UCA STEM--ACT Aspire Science: Training for Grades 6-8
This PD will be a one-day training centered on the design, scoring, and reporting of ACT Aspire assessments and provide lessons/activities that can be incorporated into the classroom to help support success on these assessments. This workshop is intended for classroom teachers in grades 6th-8th who teach science. Participants are encouraged to bring a sample classroom task from current instruction and access to ACT Aspire testing data. Session will be held at the University of Central Arkansas Stem Institute Old Main Room 213. Please bring an electronic device. Sweater/jacket recommended as room temperatures vary.
