Act 930 of 2017 is known as the AR Education Support and Accountability Act. Since this piece of legislation replaced ACTAAP, it provides guidance in assessment, levels of support, student-focused learning requirements which includes student success plans, and the school improvement plan. This workshop will guide participants through the process of creating effective school improvement plans. The goal of the Department is to move the school improvement plan from a compliance document to an evolving plan that guides and supports the growth of your school. The session will provide a step by step process participants can take back to their school teams and create valuable school improvement plans.
