Alternate Pathway to Graduation for Students with Significant Cognitive Disabilities
A new pathway to graduation will be put in place for students with significant cognitive disabilities beginning the fall of 2019 for ninth graders. This session will explore the requirements of this new pathway and provide instructional supports for teachers. This session will benefit all secondary teachers who teach students with significant cognitive disabilities.

Lunch will be provided.

Participants are asked to bring a laptop or device if available to access the DLM website and the Kite portal.

Intended Audience: Secondary special education teachers involved in the alternate assessment or alternate pathways to graduation, LEA supervisors, and secondary counselors.
