This professional development will give an overview of the work of Michael Battista with a focus on RTI and will look at the assessments for learning progressions and strategies that will enable you to build instruction based on a student's level of mathematical reasoning. The assessments are given one-on-one to students who may need intervention, and data can be used for planning instruction or providing feedback to the RTI committee.
