This is a two day workshop that explores rock types, fossils, structures, and weathering processes in the Arkansas River Valley. On the first day, we travel to Mt. Nebo State Park and conclude in the afternoon with a visit Petit Jean State Park. The second day includes class lecture with activities to support the topics seen in the field.
