ATU STEM--Grasping Phenomenal Science: Unit Development (Pre-AP certification)



Ready to take the next step in your science instruction?  Ready to move from planning lessons to developing units of study and formative assessments? This two-day work session will provide educators with the knowledge, tools, and resources to develop grade/course-specific science units.  Follow-up support, including the development of formative assessment tasks, will be available throughout the school year.  Individual teachers and grade-level teams are welcome. 2 - 6 hour sessions Participation in this session meets the ADE requirement for Pre-Advanced Placement Science (Pre-AP) teacher certification or recertification for middle school, junior high, or high school teachers.
